Peter brings a unique perspective to the hospitality industry, with an analytical approach and deep understanding of the financial implications of hospitality operations. He helps clients gauge project feasibility, find new ways to increase profitability, and embrace leading-edge technology solutions. In addition to sharing his business know-how with clients, Peter handles internal operations for RealFood.

A graduate of Northwestern University, Peter began his career as a derivatives trader at the Chicago Board of Trade and later at financial start-up, Omni Point Capital. Peter left the financial world to earn his MBA at Babson College and to follow his passion for improving the hospitality industry. Just before joining RealFood, Peter was a member of the business development team at the Chicago-based restaurant group, Alinea, where he leveraged his experience to help the restaurant group to scale.
