Evermore Orlando Resort

The original vision for Evermore Orlando Resort was bold: To be the better alternative to the growing-in-popularity vacation rental, comfortably accommodating group stay but brimming with amenity-rich offerings.

How We Fit In

RealFood was engaged before shovels hit the ground to begin planning and designing Evermore’s food & beverage landscape.

The Task at Hand

Our challenge was multifaceted:

  • to design and implement a food and beverage program to serve a diverse, multi-generational audience
  • to ensure the F&B outlets feel connected yet individually distinct
  • to design efficient and profitable operations that adapt to fluctuating business levels with the ability to turn on or off levels of service
  • all while delivering a one-of-a-kind hospitality experience representative of Evermore’s (grand) brand promise: Vacations. Ever Changed.

Strategic Framework

To execute the vision for this large-scale, multi-phase development, our RealFood project team started with a master plan to establish the ecosystem of F&B venues, defining how each would contribute to the service, atmosphere and financial performance of the cohesive resort experience.

This framework guided the next phase of concept development, providing a roadmap for each distinct outlet offering and its use-cases. The desired guest experiences informed the back of house operating plan, workflows and space allocations for the multiple food stalls, kitchens, bars and high-volume service stations.

Pencil to Paper

Continuing to build out the F&B masterplan, our DesignStudio got to work with full foodservice design development, including specifying equipment, mapping out utility requirements and verifying code compliance.

Finally, the branding team jumped in to usher the conceptual plans to full color. Developing the brand architecture for the complete resort, including public-facing brand stories for each F&B outlet, RFHSD designed the visual identities for various resort dining venues, including Twin View Restaurant, Barbara Ann’s Beach Bar and Ellie & Everett’s Ice Cream.

In the End

Evermore successfully entered (and disrupted) the market, as one of the most highly regarded travel destinations with amenities surrounding a 20-acre beach complex and 8-acre lagoon.

Delivering (Ever)More
