As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to rapidly evolve, our industry of hospitality is experiencing unsettling times. The situation changes day to day, and so too do our businesses and communities.

At RealFood, we have always worked under the guiding principle that our interactions are grounded in trust and respect for each other, our clients, and our partners. We are committed to this standard, and we want you to know that we’re in this with you.

You can expect our team to be available, responsive and dedicated to your unique goals, especially as they change during this challenging time. Together, our team has pledged to approach the current situation the best way we know how—with a heart of hospitality. If there is anything you think we may be able to support you in, even if simply a discussion about what steps to take next, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team. We will be maintaining our remote work capabilities, as we always have. For now, our physical office will remain closed, but you can reach us in all the ways you usually do.

As part of the Troon family of brands, the team at RealFood remains positive and hopeful as to the ultimate outcome of this situation, and we recognize it will take time to resolve itself. We are here to support you and your businesses during this time.
