Night Shift partners with RealFood for the opening of a downtown brewery, restaurant, and coffee shop. RealFood’s involvement includes designing an open-concept scratch kitchen, corresponding menu, and service bar.
This new opening is a massive expansion for Night Shift, which first began as a small warehouse in Everett. This expansion will bring to life a 12,000-square-foot brewery, seating more than 300, with 25% of space accommodating house brewing and 75% housing the kitchen, cafe, seating, taproom, and retail space.
