Boston Convention & Exhibition Center
BOSTON, MA
Foodservice Concept & Design
VISION
As a New England meeting destination and the largest convention space in the Northeast, the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) provides industry-leading event space and services. Senior leadership wanted to offer the same caliber visitor experience in its food and beverage outlets while also increasing traffic to the spaces.
PROCESS
The objective was to attract new customers by providing a convenient, local, and elevated food and beverage offering, no matter the daypart. This required a highly flexible model and layout for both outlets to accommodate large fluctuations in volume without compromising the integrity of the product or the service. The goal was to exceed visitors’ expectations relative to the sense of arrival, product quality and diversity, and service standards typically found in convention centers.
