George Howell Coffee Company
BOSTON PUBLIC MARKET, BOSTON, MA
Quick Service Café Opening
VISION
George Howell Coffee Company (GHC) partnered with RealFood to open their downtown retail location at Boston Public Market. With just 350 sq. ft. to work with, and an anticipated high volume of visitors, the challenge was to maintain GHC’s high standards of product and service.
PROCESS
RealFood worked closely with the architectural firm to maximize the capacity and productivity of the outlet while ensuring the open concept space remained aesthetically pleasing. To help GHC successfully open to a stream of visitors, RealFood defined customer flow and process to maximize throughput; maximized back of house space while meeting all health and building code requirements; and complete field coordination in lieu of a dedicated general contractor.
