VISION
As part of a well-known technology company’s expansion, RealFood was engaged as technical and operational experts to work with the internal food team to build upon their existing knowledge and originality. The goal was to create innovative multi-concept employee dining centers that promote collaboration and to engage and energize the professionals who use them around-the-clock.
PROCESS
Focusing constantly on the end-user’s experience, RealFood guided conversations that uncovered the details required to ensure it became a reality. Given the streamlined nature of the company as a whole, efficiency of time, resources, and labor were of utmost importance. Additionally, the company’s well-established culture demanded creativity to drive all decision-making. Every piece of equipment required best-in-class status, and every user interface was designed with intricate attention to detail.

OUTCOMES
Drawing on current food and beverage trends, the RealFood team brought exciting concepts to each outlet and designed authentic and enduring spaces. Adaptable and productive solutions were provided, and best practices were borrowed across institutional and higher education industries. Requiring extensive communications with a diverse team and organization of many moving parts, project management and design innovation were essential elements for successful completion.
